What you choose to share
When you send a form, we receive the details you enter. Depending on the form, those may include your name, email, website, company, service area, message, selected plan or preferred call time. A phone number is requested only if you choose a phone call. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card information or private records about your customers.
How we use it
We use the information to review and answer your request, prepare a quote or plan, arrange a requested conversation and communicate about agreed work. Sending a form does not subscribe you to a newsletter. A notification reaches the team by email, an acknowledgement is sent to you, and your contact details are stored in a contact list as a delivery backup.
Services that help operate this website
Vercel hosts the website and handles form requests. Cloudflare provides DNS, email forwarding and Turnstile spam protection. Brevo processes notification emails, acknowledgements and the contact-list backup. These providers process information needed to supply their services. A spam check may use technical signals such as an IP address and browser information. Hosting and security systems may also process routine request logs.
Chat and browser storage
Ask Maple answers from prepared information. The conversation is retained in session storage in your browser tab so it can continue as you browse. It is sent to the team only when you submit a chat inquiry. The browser storage ends when that browsing session is cleared. This website does not load a marketing analytics account or an advertising pixel. Spam-protection services may use their own necessary storage.
Keeping and correcting information
Inquiry information is kept for responding to the request and managing any resulting work, with an email and contact-list record as described above. Contact us if your details are wrong, you want a record reviewed or you want us to delete information we no longer need. Some records may need to remain for ongoing work, security or applicable obligations. We will explain any limitation when replying.
